WisdomBridgeIndependent AI Assurance
Engagements

From one agent to every AI system you run

Engagements scale with the work. A single system is scoped to that system; an enterprise programme runs over multiple months. In every case, length and price are evaluated during scoping — from the volume and complexity of what is in scope — and fixed in writing before anything starts.

Engagement models
01

Single system

One AI agent or one AI solution, audited and evaluated end to end.

Agent Assurance Audit · AI Solution Evaluation · Vendor Evaluation Report
02

Portfolio

A defined group of related systems — a business unit, a product line, a vendor shortlist.

Multiple audits and evaluations under one plan
03

Enterprise programme

Every AI system in the organisation, the policies that govern them, and remediation — delivered as a multi-month programme.

AI Programme Assurance · Remediation Support · Continuous Assurance
Enterprise programmes

How a multi-month programme runs

Seven phases, each with a defined output. Phase lengths depend on the number of systems and how much evidence already exists — both established in Mobilise.

  1. 01Mobilise

Scope, access, stakeholders and exit criteria agreed in writing.

  2. 02Discover

Inventory, documentation and policy review; risk-tier every system.

  3. 03Audit

Controls and evidence examined system by system, highest risk first.

  4. 04Evaluate

    Behaviour tested: held-out tasks, red-team, agent-loop testing.

  5. 05Remediate

Fixes implemented by a separate team, with evidence.

  6. 06Re-evaluate

Same suites re-run; release-gate verdicts issued.

  7. 07Sustain

    Continuous assurance and leadership reporting.

Remediate is delivered by a team kept separate from the evaluators. The people who help fix a system never re-evaluate it.

How pricing works

Priced to the scope, fixed in writing

We don't publish a price list, because no two AI estates carry the same risk. These are the factors we scope against — each is written into your proposal.

  • Number of AI agents, solutions or systems in scope
  • Agent complexity — tools, steps, and integrations
  • How we get access — API, sandbox, or supervised session
  • Depth of the adversarial red-team
  • Size of the held-out domain task set
  • Re-evaluation cadence, if any
How an engagement starts

Four steps to a fixed scope

  1. Talk to us — the intake form, or hello@wisdombridge.tech.
  2. Scoping call — what is in scope and what is at stake.
  3. Written scope — systems, access, timeline, fixed price.
  4. Engagement begins — only after you sign off the scope.
